Zombie Grenades Practice

Fitness Potential  

This is a non-traditional way to get lower body conditioning through squatting and pretending you’re skiing. Move the poles with your arms for momentum and better times. Add a weighted vest so you can add a bit of heat behind holding a squat in the virtual snow.
