ECHOES OF WAR: The Last Heartbeat

This is a defense strategy and FPS game with a laser saber/sword and guns, 6 types of turrets, as well as mechanized weapons and enemies. Don’t turn your back to these robot and drone enemies flying and raining down attacks from above and at ground level. Use laser guns to blast them out of the sky. This is a game that isn’t bloody, so it’s safe for people that get squeamish from that kind of game.

Fitness Potential

Play this game in room scale to get the most fitness out of it. Step side to side or side lunge to maneuver around attacks and to get to your turrets quickly. Use your laser saber/sword and guns to get the arms and upper body toned with combat. Play through 15 achievements to work towards endurance in the game and in life.
