Suns out, sales on! Summer Solstice is here and it’s the longest day of the year. Good thing, because today’s the Steam Summer Sale! Every year the gaming platform kicks off their sale around June 22nd or 23rd and Steam Database tweeted yesterday that it would kick off in 24 hours, complete with a countdown on their website.
PC Gamer reports that “‘Mysterious’ Steam cards appeared on the site last week, bolstering the likelihood that the leaked date is accurate, but of course it is: Steam sale date leaks are as regular and predictable as the sales themselves, and I can’t remember the last time a leaked date was wrong.”
If you’ve been waiting for a sale to come along, today’s your day. Take a look at your wishlist on Steam, check it twice, leave cookies and milk out for Gabe Newell, and make sure you’ve got the best VR fitness games in your queue.
